On January 2, 2015, our legendary Fitness Challenge begins. When you succeed, we succeed! When you know what you are worth, it’s your responsibility to go out and get what you are worth!

Have you made the goal to make 2015 the fittest, best year yet!!? We are here to support you and strife in this battle together! It’s easier to start a fitness regimand when you have someone there to support you and we know how hard it is to eat clean and train hard when so many in your surroundings are working the other way.
Beginning January 2, 2015, we will be starting an 8 week program. It is longer than a 30 day challenge because we hope that from the things you learn in this program, you can carry through into your lifestyle and know that things like this give you quality life, lesser medical bills, and best of all make you feel great! Become a better spouse, parent, employee, person!
From January 2, 2015, and ending February 27, 2015. Right before the beginning of the World wide CrossFit OPEN!
This is a $10 Cash Buy in at weigh in and measurement. We have added a couple things to make this an even better experience for you! We will have a recheck at the halfway point of measuring and weighing, so you can see your perfect progress! We will also be handing out a packet of the trainer’s favorite PALEO recipes to help you in your strife, and to know you always have options. There will be prizes for top 3 winners. And the best prize of all will be the hard work you put in to make the gains in your life! The only way is up! Any surplus of funds in the event will be used towards equipment purchases so we are giving it back to JCCF Nation. Everyone wins!
The four components measured in this challenge:
1) Inches measured in waist and widest area of hips.
2) lbs lost
3 ) Strength gained by Wilkes coefficient of a weightlifting movement (in the daily classes on January 2, 2015 and February 27, 2015)
4) Conditioning WOD (in the daily classes on January 2, 2015 and February 27, 2015)
* How do you excel in this challenge? Eat meat, vegetables, healthy fats, over 6 small meals a day. Limit dairy and processed sugar. Drink H2O like your job. Mobilize after workouts.
