Funniest memory at the box: There is always fun to be had but one of the most memorable mornings was the day Jake made an example of me and my HSPU with the mats :). You bet the next time they came in a WOD I was at the wall ready to go without the mats. Sometimes we get comfortable with the way we do things and need a little push to advance.
Tell us some about your journey, greatest accomplishments: Doing things that I didn’t think I can do. Like the first time I did rx pullups and then last year in the open when I did my first chest to bar pull ups and this year getting my first bar muscle ups (6).
What was your reason for starting? : To get me out of my house because I work from home so it’s to have some adult conversation.
Why did you stick with it?: For the people, I have met some of my best friends here.
What makes you keep coming back? Growing up I didn’t do sports, so this is something that I want to get better at and it’s fun.
