Congratulations Jen! Such a deserving person for this title. You have impacted so many, brought numerous to the Free Buddy Class. CrossFitted not only through one pregnancy but now you are halfway through your second. You are a serious inspiration. I remember you and Kevin at the Baby Box in Apache Flats. I remember you getting your first Pullups. And most of all you are always supporting everyone you come in contact with. We are very happy to have you as part of our community at JCCF. We want Jefferson City to meet you!!

What made you start and what makes you keep coming back?:
I started Crossfit because I was at a sales training in Texas and there was this kid there who was just starting and was very small. Then I saw him on Facebook months later and he was jacked! So, I was like wow that must really work! I started asking around on some sales calls and Gary pointed me to your guys box, I talked Kevin into it and we showed. The workout was so intense, I would never have pushed myself that hard at the gym, and I was hooked the first time. I keep coming back because of the atmosphere, everyone has the same goals in mind, and we all work together to help each other achieve their own personal goal. I love how everyone helps each other out! Stays positive and pushes each other, to max out at your full potential. 
My greatest accomplishment from Crossfit was becoming happy with myself. Knowing now I can do anything I put my mind to.

If you could give any advice for a person new to CrossFit, what would it be?: Don’t let the movements freak you out. It is overwhelming at first, but I promise it will all jive together. 

Please list two future goals: 6 months and One year: 6 months- have a baby. 12 months get muscle ups!!
