“Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts” ~ Winston Churchill
We are very excited to announce our October MVP at Jefferson City CrossFit. Congratulations Clayton Backes! The trainers can’t express enough how great it has been to be able to see you grow in your early teenage career. You have been with us for the last 6 months, and you are the definition of growth in all of the skills of CrossFit from strenghth, conditioning, mobility, balance, cooordination, agility and more. You have your highschool career still ahead of you, and we are honored to have you and your father, Mike as part of our community. You will never see this guy fall short of giving anyone a high five and cheer another fellow athlete on in the middle of a brutal workout. CrossFit isn’t easy, and he shows up to do the work. A shout out to both Kim and Mike, his parents, that play a huge part and are his child’s number one fans. We are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Clayton!
