Introducing our very own Lori Newton! September MVP at Jefferson City CrossFit. I will never forget the first time her and her two daughters Dakota and Meg showed up at a 5pm class to “try it out”. We had a timed side shuttle run, which you could already see their game faces were on! They did a scaled version of the workout doing wall balls in place of thrusters! Once finished you could tell by the looks on their faces they were already addicted to CF! She also has the most beautiful straight legged sit ups you will set eyes on!  Lori, we are so happy that you are part of our Jefferson City CrossFit Family! Thank you!
