*Seriously, full range of motion on the strict HSPU.  As always, it is perfectly acceptable to scale this movement.  What is not acceptable is to shorten the rom in order to make it kinda look/feel like you’re doing rx strict hspu.  This is typically done by placing an ab mat (or 2 or 3) on the ground for your head, while having your hands on the ground.  Don’t do this.  It will NEVER lead to you being able to do full rom hspu.  Never.
