15/13/11/9/7 Cleans (full squat)
Mens weights 135/185/225/275/315
Womens Weights 85/115/145/175/205
*Every round, the Cleans reps decrease, and the weight increases. These are supposed to be heavy cleans. The last 2 weights especially should be really heavy. It’s ok if the final weight is at or near your 1RM. Your goal should be to at least get to the last round. This is one of the very rare exceptions where it’s ok to hit the time cap. Challenge yourself on those cleans!
