Halting Snatch Deadlift Complex

4 Complexes (3 to knee + 1 finish + 1 floating) @ 80-90% of 1RM Snatch

then

“Death by Burpees”

Do 1 burpee in the first minute, 2 in the second, etc. until you can’t complete the required amount of burpees within 1 minute.
