Today is going to be a mini practice for the Open coming up.

9 min AMRAP
10 Deadlifts (115/75)
5 Snatches (115/75)
immediately after, you have 6 minutes to establish a 1rm Clean and Jerk.
*We will probably run 2 heats for each class. You’ll have time to warm up, I’d recommend working up to 70%-ish of your 1rm c&j. Especially if you’re registered for the Open, you might want to get a judge, specifically for the 9 min amrap portion. If you’re in the first heat, the judges should be released at that time to get ready for their heat. Have fun!
