*Partners will take turns on movements, with 1 person working at a time. E.g. Partner A does T2B, then Partner B does Db Hang c&j, then Partner A rows, etc…
This is going to be fun, but challenging! When possible, we sometimes like to do something like the Open WOD during regular classes. This lets people experience it even if the can’t come to FNL. Please note – you will NOT do 18.1 on Friday night if you have done this wod earlier in the day. I really feel like I shouldn’t have to say that…. 🙂
