On March 3, 2014 we will be doing the strength and conditioning WOD retest and the body comps during our daily WODs. This is the last week of our challenge! Keep up the hard work and for those that may deter, get back on track and make this week your best week. This is not a request. We know each one of you is capable. Lets do this. We want to carry these learned wellness routines over and continue forth on paths of forging our fitness.
