July 12, 2014 – Hotter than Hell 5K, that JCCF will be sponsoring this event held by the City of Jefferson Fire Department. Registration forms are at the box. If you are not running, please come to support all of our members that are. It is going to be a great event!
July 18, 2014 – JCCF Nation Bowling night at West Gate Lanes in Jefferson City, MO. Starting at 7pm
August 9, 2014 – Kicks in the Sticks – JCCF is also sponsoring, and we would love to have a great turnout with lots of our members wearing out shirts to represent. they have a 1mile, 5k, and 10K to choose from. Registration forms will be at the box.
August 10, 2014 – Donny Shankle Seminar with 5 time National Weightlifter. Limited spots available, but it will be first come first serve. And you must make payment, $300 to reserve your spot. All proceeds go to Donny Shankle, and you get a once in a life time experience to learn from the best.
