*Fitness challenge test – Please register by tonight on this link.
15 minutes to establish 3 Rep FS + 1PP from Rack
Then 600 Meter Row, 75 Air Squats, 35 Burpee to plate 25lbs. 
*touch hands behind head with each burpee
2 scores- 600 Meter row time, and Total Time. 10 Minute cutoff.
If you don't finish in 10 minutes, EX: only 30 burpees, you add a second to your time for each rep not completed. The score would be 10:05.
*Sandbaggers are cheaters. Don't be a cheater.
