5 Minute EMOM – 5 Power Snatch

Begin at 60% of 1RM, add weight each set

1 Max Effort set at 85% of heaviest successful weight above

then

Death by Power Snatch (95/65)

1 Power Snatch in Minute 1

2 Power Snatch in Minute 2

Continue on until you cannot complete the required number of snatches in 1 minute.

*Minimum of 8 minutes of work.  If you fail before the 8 minute mark, take 1 minute off, then continue with an emom with the number of reps you know you can get done, and stop after 9 minutes.
