This is a strength and conditioning program designed for you with experienced certified trainers and nutrition guidance. Every group workout is scale-able for all levels of athletes from beginners to experienced sports competitors. Compare it to a personal training session and it is less than 1/3 of the cost. $99 for the entire month ($85 for eligible discounted rate for fireman, law enforcement, active military, teachers, nurses, or students). You won’t find better savings!
Upon graduation of OnRamp, you will be able to continue on an unlimited membership for the remainder of the month at no additional charge. Please go to the WOD Schedule and Rates page to view all regular class times.
