A few reminders.

1)  For the 30 day Challenge. Make certain to get weighed and measured Thursday or Friday at the latest. When you go to weigh in- report your lbs lifted on the Strength WOD from 5/20/2013. Also, the WOD is Thursday, so pull out your time from April 26th or 27th and plan on beating it. Please report times ASAP after the WOD. The RESULTS OF THE CHALLENGE WILL BE POPULATED AND REVEALED EARLY NEXT WEEK! From the PR’s reported yesterday, right now we would say everyone is winning. Strong people live longer than weak people.

2) Open Gym Saturday at 10:00am after 9a.m. class.

3) Memorial Day – only one class that day at 9a.m.

4) Next Onramp Starts on June 5th. Limited slots allowed. Tell your friends and let them know about our JCCF community.

5) If you have a birthday coming up, be prepared to do birthday Burpees.
