Your data will be tracked over 4 different physical parameters.

1) Inches Lost

2) Lbs Lost

3) Strength gained determined by Wilks Coefficient in a named weightlifting movement.

4) Cardiovascular endurance scored by a prescribed workout of the day.

And prizes to the top three finishers. Male and Female Divisions. The retest is scheduled on Friday, August 19, 2016.

Then go ahead and mark it on your calendar now! Saturday, August 27th, we are having the second Annual JCCF Gala!!- 5:30 to 8:30pm. Celebrating our new fit selves. This is the one time a year, we will get to meet up in our best dressed formal wear. Evening gowns and suits!!
