100 Dumbbell Snatches/ One Partner holds 115/75in Front rack Position
100 Toes 2B/ one Partner holds 95/65 over head
*one teammate is always resting, if the bar gets put down from position, reps stop. Break up reps any way that you wish.
*Modified movement for T2B is Knees To Elbow then Vups
Do not attempt to pass barbell to partners. From ground only.
Team with best communication skill and photo gets a double jumping high 5 from me! Work together.
And remember it's always okay to cheer on everyone till the end.
You may use up to two barbells per team to allow proper scaling of static hold. Otherwise switch out weights. If all of you are using the same weight then only use one barbell.
