Every 1:30 for 12 min 1 HS + 1 T & G Snatch (start at 60% of 1 RM and add 10-15# each 1:30, if you miss either part subtract 10-15# each 1:30 and add 1 T&G Snatch until you are back to 50% of 1 RM)
