We are holding a “FOR FUN”, mock weightlifting meet at 3pm on October 4th!

This is something that if you have never experienced a weightlifting meet and want to participate or just watch you can!

If you wish to participate. For beginners, be aware that you will have to declare a starting weight each one of the 2 total lifts – the snatch, and the clean and jerk. You will have 3 attempts at your declared lifts. The first lift will be the Snatch. The second lift will be the Clean and Jerk.

Break out your Oly’s, your singlets, and your good luck socks because this will be a fun time to see what would be expected from you if you ever have the desire to mark off an Olympic weightlifting meet off your bucket list.
