Jefferson City CrossFit offers a CrossFit Seminar for beginners called OnRamp.

What does OnRamp include?

This seminar offers training in weightlifting and gymnastic movements. Proper mechanics for each and touching on strength and conditioning in CrossFit group classes.

You will be trained by an experienced trainer in Weightlifting and CrossFit. You will leave with a better understanding of why this CrossFit “thing” works.

Upon graduation and included in your OnRamp Price you also receive your first month of unlimited class membership!

Our regular class times are:

Mon-Wednesday: 5am, 9am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm

Thursday: 5am, 9am, Noon, 5pm, and 6pm

Friday: 5am, 9am, Noon, 5pm

Saturday: 9am
