Step 1  Starting a new fitness program or changing gyms can be intimidating. It doesn’t have to be. We welcome all types and fitness levels to our community. Learn more about how to get started. E-mails and phone calls are a great start, but eventually, we will be face to face. This course is designed to teach you the nine basic movements in CrossFit. You’ll get one-on-one instruction from our CrossFit certified trainers while in a group setting to make sure you have correct form and understanding of the movements. This ensures your safety as well as effectiveness when you join the CrossFit workouts. You will be instructed on how to correctly and safely perform the air squat, front squat, back squat, overhead squat, thrusters, press, push press, push/split jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high-pull, power clean, and snatch. Along with other body weight movements such as pullups, handstands, several mobility techniques and more! We will follow the instructional session with a full workout using those movements you learned, so don’t worry, you won’t be bored or wasting precious workout time! On Ramp class is mandatory for all new athletes with no CrossFit experience. Contact us to schedule your time!Step 3 Attend Classes Regularly! As in at least 3-4x a week! Consistency is key to your success! Plug into the community and let JCCF be a special place.  Select your the time(s) that work for you. We will set up payment by auto debit on the first or 15th of every month, you must give 7 days notice in writing before the end of the month if you do not want to attend the next month.
