ONRAMP SCHEDULE: Please contact us to set up your personal OnRamp. OnRamp includes two 60 minute Personal training sessions. *All new athletes must participate in the On Ramp Class before joining the daily workouts. Before signing up for ONRAMP all new members are encouraged to come try a FREE Class at no charge. OnRamp personal training is set up to teach you the basic movements to participate in CrossFit classes. These classes help ensure your comfort, reduce risk of injury, and will allow you to get the most out of your workouts. Exceptions will be made at our certified trainers’ discretion.
OnRamp Personal Training: Two * 60 minute Personal Training Sessions $120
Unlimited Monthly Individual-$133
Unlimited Couple Same Household: $225

Drop-In Fee: $20 for experienced CrossFitters
