Thursday – 5am, 6am, 9am, Noon, 5:30pm & 6:30 pm

Friday – 5am, 9am, Noon & 5:30 pm

Saturday: 8:30 am 

CrossFit Kids Level 1: 4:30-5:00 Monday and Wednesday

CrossFit Kids Level 2: 5:00-5:30 Monday and Wednesday

CrossFit Teens: 5:30-6:30, Monday and  Wednesday

Open Gym Times *Members Only:

Monday – Friday:  9:00-10:00am and 12:00-1:00pm

Tuesday: 4:30-6:30pm

Thursday: 5:30-7:30pm

Saturday: 8:30-9:30am

Sunday: Must have HybridAF access
